Ranks & Structure
The following is a breakdown of available Ranks, their benefits and how the rank is obtained. Please note these are subject to change and unique to World of Warcraft.
Social
Social members have access to guild chat and any associated guild perks relating to being a guild member of "Wild Cards Guild" (where available). Social members who are offline for more than 14 days without notification on the forums are subject to removal from the guild, this is to prevent the guild amassing a huge number of inactive members. Giving correct notification will allow the officers to keep the inactive list under control. Informing members in game is not considered as correct notification and is still subject to removal.
Key points
- Lower priority to spots on events than members.
- Ability to attend farm raids providing the minimum requirements are met
Obtained by
- Default rank to all new members to "Wild Cards Guild".
Promotes to
- Raid Trial subject to officer approval and minimum requirements being met
Demotes to
- Removal from the guild (subject to serious breach of guild rules).
- Removal from the guild after 14 days offline.
Alts
Alts have access to guild chat and any associated guild perks relating to being a guild member of "Wild Cards Guild" (where available). Alts of mains who have been offline for more than 14 days are subject to removal from the guild unless notification was given for the players main character and that the main character name is clearly displayed on your alts in game note. Informing members in game is not considered as correct notification and is still subject to removal.

- Opportunity to raid, subject to officer approval and minimum raid requirements met.
- Lower priority on loot redistribution than main primary specs.
- Equal priority on loot redistribution with main off spec roles.
Obtained by
- Having a main character which is already a member of "Wild Cards Guild".
Promotes to
- Raid Trial.
Demotes to
- Removal from the guild (subject to serious breach of guild rules).
- Removal from the guild after main reaches 14 days offline without notification.
- Removal from the guild if the main character is no longer a member of "Wild Cards Guild".
Raid Trial
Raid Trial membership is granted to Social members who are looking to become Raiders or new members joining specifically for raiding and is subject to meeting the minimum requirements.
Raid Trial members have a greater priority for guild events over socials, but are not guaranteed spots to progression raids.
Key points
- A higher priority on event slots over social members.
- Able to view most guild bank slots.
Obtained By
- Being active for a period of one week with an indication of continued activity.
- Signing up to guild events via the in game calendar.
- Signing up for guild events at least once/twice a week.
- Being a social member and having an interest to raid but not currently attuned or sufficiently geared.
Promotes to
- Raider subject to raid trial evaluation
Demotes to
- Social Member.
- Removal from the guild (subject to serious breach of guild rules).
- Removal from the guild after 14 days offline without notification.
Raider
Raider rank is obtainable by social or raid trial members completing their Raid Trial. Raider rank have a higher priority for guild events over Social members. Members have access to view most bank slots but have limited access to withdraw and deposit from certain slots.

- Raider members may also be required to help raid prep members when officers are unavailable to do so.
- Same priority as progress raiders for major upgrades
Obtained By
- Being active for a period of two weeks with an indication of continued activity.
- Signing up to the guild website.
- Creating and managing members characters in the guild roster on the guild website.
- Signing up for guild events at least once/twice a week (will change on how many events get planned).
- Being attuned to raid and sufficiently geared for the required role.
- Demonstrate a sufficient skill level required to progress effectively in a raid environment.
Promotes to
- Progression Raider
- Officer
Demotes to
- Social Member - If your raider score falls below 2 you will be re evaluated by an officer.
- Removal from the guild (subject to serious breach of guild rules or inactivity for greater than 1 month without notification.
Veterans
Veteran members are people who defined what the guild has become but are no longer active for whatever reason.
Key points
- Lower priority to spots on events than members.
- Ability to attend farm raids providing the minimum requirements are met
Obtained by
- Being an integral member of the guild for a long period, but being inactive.
Promotes to
- Raid Trial subject to officer approval and minimum requirements being met
Demotes to
- Removal from the guild (subject to serious breach of guild rules).
- Removal from the guild after 3 months offline.
Progress Raider
Progression raider rank is obtainable by social ,raid trial or raider members upon meeting the required criteria. Progression raider members have the highest priority for guild events over all other members. Progression Raiders have access to view all bank slots but have limited access to withdraw from certain slots including enchants, potions and food slots. Progression Raiders do not have access to remove funds from the guild treasury but on occasions, will have access to full guild repairs (subject to available funds).

- Priority on BIS items
Obtained By
- Reaching over 3.5 on the Progress raider score sheet.
- Signing up for guild events at least once/twice a week (will change on how many events get planned).
- Being sufficiently geared for the required role including max level enchants and gems.
- Demonstrate a sufficient skill level required to progress effectively in a raid environment (assessment criteria available in a separate post).

Officer and Officer Alts
Officers are responsible for the day to day running of the guild, including planning and running guild events, recruitment and organisation of guild banks. Being an officer can be time consuming as such officers are rewarded with the highest priority with positions on guild events, and have first priority on items which reach the guild bank.
